within the time frame scheduled.
Training

experienced technical professionals to the trainees is highly

Currently
the company has a well-trained Architect and a Builder–
(Mr. Kuruwe & Mr. Nelson) who have vast experience in
the building and construction industry are prepared to impart
their knowledge to graduates when actually performing the
tasks. Further training will be given to other technical
graduates from technical colleges and vocational centers.
These graduates include carpenters, plumbers, wielders and
drillers, painters and others who will play a vital role
in the construction industry. It is the firm’s pleasure
in creating a conducive technical training environment for
the graduates in preparation for their tasks ahead in the
building and construction industry. The training is seen
as a take-off ground for the graduates. It is the company’s
commitment in giving the best training to the young technical
