The
company is profit oriented; however, some of the profits
will be used to helping others who are in need. The company
also has the keen interest in helping Christian churches
in areas where need be.

It
is the intention of the company to work closely as
much as possible with the community to ensure smooth
and efficient transition of project phases. The company
has recognized landowner concerns as one of the fact
or in progress of works. This experience has mainly
stemmed from highlands provinces without limited areas
of coastal area. Every attempt is to be made on projects
inception to mobilization before actual construction
commences. |
Effective communication and understanding between stakeholders
or projects owners must be maintained to minimize this
and company will participate fully to maintain its community
relations throughout the project duration.
Giving
This
is one of the most important and of course a peculiar
principle the firm has underpinned in its rules (by-laws
of the organization). It is the principle of giving.
The
firm has resolved to;
i)
A Charity Foundation
People
are very important creatures that need immediate recognition.
It is the firm’s pleasure in giving a hand to the
needy who feel that they do not have a hope and a future.
The firm as stipulated under its rules declares that some
percentage of the profit declared will be deposited into
a joint trust account in which the signatories will be
the directors themselves. The joint trust account is created
by the firm to helping support the needy, the sick, disabled,
sports and other areas that can contribute meaningfully
to their state of despair and make them live a happy life.
A life that is enjoyable at their level.
ii)
Philanthropy Reward
This
concept is quite new to an organization like this. The
philanthropy reward in its simplest form refers to as
away of appreciating by giving something back to the clients
who gave business to the firm. That is those organizations,
stakeholders, entrepreneurs and individuals who have supported
the firm by contracting the firm to do building and general
construction work will be rewarded as a token of appreciation
through hosting of a dinner, normally at the end of the
year by the company. It will be the company’s courtesy
to hosting a dinner for its clients for their undivided
support for the firm in giving business.
In
the future when the company expands, it is firm’s
vision to give prestigious gifts to the clients especially
during the annual dinner to organization, stakeholders,
entrepreneurs and individuals in recognition of their
undivided support in providing business to the firm.
Moreover, during the dinner the firm will allow individuals
to share their experience in business, professional engagement,
and more importantly is to discuss on social and economic
issues that are affecting our country. The entourage can
resolve on amicable solutions on how best we as a country
can solve these problems for a safe and happy Papua New
Guinea.
