Mr.
Nelson Albert Wambu is Owner and Director, and also the
General Manager for Technical Services & Principal
Consultant for NBCM.
The
Appointment of the Management Team
The
Management team is comprised of the directors and other
qualified professionals who have the vast experience in
their respective fields of expertise. The professionals
range from the technical to the administrative level well
groomed under their own profession.
The
following are the technical team;

Kevin Kuruwe (BArch–UoT)

Mr.
Kevin Kuruwe is the project Architect graduated
with the Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the
Papua New Guinea University of Technology. Heisan
Architect by profession.
He worked with many renowned companies in the building
and construction industry for many years.

Given
the wealth of technical experience, he is also appointed
as the technical draftsman who will do the architectural
design and the entire drawing of the project.
He is also responsible for doing the costing of
the project with the help of Mr. Albert and the
company’s Accountant for proper costing and
estimates.

Nelson
Albert, (Bach.Bldg.Eng–UoT)
 |
Mr.
Albert is appointed as General Manager- Technical
Services.
Mr. Albert graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture
and Building Degree majoring in Building from the
Papua New Guinea University of Technology. He is a
Builder by profession. He served in various capacities
as a Builder and has management experience in the
building and construction industry. |
| He
was the Project Manager for Paradise Builders and
Contractors, a nationally owned company for some years.
He
has wealth of experience in project design and drafting,
cost estimates, technical consulting services, quantity
surveying, general maintenance and others. He will
also provide Technical Advisory Services and assist
Mr. Kevin Kuruwe in areas where need be. Mr. Albert
is responsible for heading and coordinating the entire
building technical team. |

NicksonYaga
BEc(Bus)-UoT,BAcc–UoT
 |
Mr.Yaga
is appointed as the Finance Controller of the company.
Mr. Yaga holds double degrees in the field of business.
Both degrees were obtained from the Papua New University
of Technology. He graduated with a BA (Commerce) Business
Economics and BA (Commerce) Accountancy. |
| He
is currently a member of the PNG Institute of Internal
Auditors (PNG Chapter). He previously worked with
the public sector especially with the government departments
and later moved into the private sector. He worked
with professional accounting firms such as Lee Partners
Public Accountants and Company Auditors. |

Mark Zerike
(BECv–Eng–UoT)
Mr. Zerike is a Civil Engineer by profession. He graduated
with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering Degree
from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology.He
worked as a Structural Engineer with Stock & Partners
(Structural Civil Engineering Firm) for many years after
graduating from the university. He has wealth of experience
in structural engineering. As such, he is appointed by
the company as Head–Structural Engineering Section.
He will be the Structural Engineer responsible for supervising,
overseeing and managing the entire structure of the projects.
His task will mostly involve structural design of the
projects.
If new buildings are to be constructed, Mr. Zerike will
draw up the entire structure of the project with the technical
support from Mr. Kevin Kuruwe and Mr. Albert to come up
with better structure that is lasting for many years through
a better structural design.
In addition, Mr. Zerike will provide civil engineering
structural technical advice and other consulting services
to the company’s valid clients. Mr. Zerike, Mr.
Kevin Kuruwe and Mr.Albert will all contribute their technical
knowledge and their practical experience in providing
better technical and consulting advice to the company’s
valid clients.
